The location is GREAT. I easily accessed nearby attractions. The staff helped me send my suitcases to the airport. That saved so much hassle. The room was spotlessly clean, and it was comfortable.

i appreciated the proximity to metro stations . interesting areas were also nearby , including kitchen street and museums. several dining options were close , which was very convenient. the staff were polite , too.
i often experienced delays , especially during peak hours. some guests even used the emergency stairs to avoid the wait.

the staff was helpful. they were able to hold my luggage after checkout so i could see more before leaving.
the room felt really small. two people with luggage would be too much i think. it made moving around a bit hard.
